I. Homeless
Resident - Volunteer Ministries
A. Office Personnel & Guest Reception
Volunteer Team
The front office is the hub of Mission activities
and includes answering phones, questioning
process for resident applicants, working with the
Case Manager and Resident Manager, helping with
resident intake and outsourcing, donation
reception, database and records entry, and
in-take data tabulation. Weekday and weekends
needed!
Reporting to - Manager and Case Manager
In-House Training - Required, by Manager and Case
Manager
Dedication Required - Weekly or bi-weekly
B. Special Events Volunteer Team
Includes special dinners, events and recreation
for the residents-both the women and children,
Friday movie-&-pizza-fest, themed for
holidays, birthdays, and celebrations, etc. Can
include providing entertainment, scheduled trips,
or a home cooked meal monthly.
Reporting to - Volunteer Manager
In-House Training - None
Dedication Required - By project
C. Resident Care & Prayer Program
(Including Single Women, Mothers and/or their
Children)
Reporting to the Mission Case Manager, these
individuals are assigned to specific residents.
(Candidates are carefully selected and must agree
to a background check.)
Reporting to - Case Manager
In-House Training - Required, by Case Manager,
possible group orientation
Dedication Required - Weekly or bi-weekly
D. Educational Instructors / Tutoring
Volunteers
Individuals for training (teaching degrees not
necessary!) in both classroom and one-on-one
programs, including book-reading program,
computer education program (for women), etc.
Bring your skills to share! Groups and program
teams are invited!
1. Reading with Children
Offered through grants and programs.
Reporting to - Volunteer Manager
In-House Training - None, but group orientation
Dedication Required - Weekly or bi-weekly
2. Computer Skills Class
Tuesday evening team in place. Thursday Team is
needed.
Reporting to - Computer Skills Class
Administrator
In-House Training - None
Dedication Required - Weekly or bi-weekly
E. Physical Plant Maintenance &
Construction Teams
Both individuals and groups to help maintain the
physical plant operations, security, landscape,
and appearance of our 9-building campus...and
there are more properties on the way...so your
planning skills are a blessing!
Reporting to - Volunteer Manager
In-House Training - None
Dedication Required - By project
F. Staff Assistants
Working with a manager in an area you feel you
can make a contribution: Case Manager, Resident
Manager (weekday and weekends!), Volunteer and
Development Manager, Administrative Manager, and
Director. Applying simple skills like filing,
computer, creating reports, and basic researching
skills.
Reporting to - Managers responsible for specific
area of interest
In-House Training - As required by area Manager
Dedication Required - Weekly or bi-weekly
G. Computer & Network Specialists
Inspect and repair all donated computer
equipment, maintain and administer campus
computer network, upgrade equipment, etc.
Reporting to - Director
In-House Training - None
Dedication Required - Weekly, bi-weekly or
monthly
H. Campus Facilities Coordination &
Management Teams
We have a need for a team of individuals or
organizations to manage and maintain the:
1. Future Recreation Center
Planning, creation and management of facility
for both Resident women and children.
Reporting to - Director and Board Chairman
In-House Training - None
Dedication Required - As needed
2. Future Long-Term Resident Dorm
Team
Creation of 6 efficiency apartments,
including planning, locating donated
materials and possible fundraising, needed
for housing former residents who are now
part-time staffers.
Reporting to - Director and Board Chairman
In-House Training - None
Dedication Required - As needed
3. Mental-Health Long-Term Resident
Dorm Team
Creation of long-term housing for mentally
handicapped homeless, including planning,
locating donated materials and possible
fundraising, etc.
Reporting to - Director and Board Chairman
In-House Training - None
Dedication Required - As needed
4. On-Campus Health/Clinic Facility
Team
Our homeless Residents need healthcare
on-campus, and monthly visits by physicians
and dentists. Creation of facility and
program. Includes planning, locating donated
materials and possible fundraising, etc.

Staff
Licensed and trained health professions,
individuals and organizations, needed!

Includes campus cameras, lighting,
security doors, fencing and
staff/personnel training.
